What a busy 2007! Here are a few of the highlights:
• In April I directed and acted in a production of a Bilingual play about immigration called "La Bocona" with students from Lakeview Middle School in Watshonville, CA
• In May I finished recording "I am not an Alien" with Mr. Ybarra's 5th grade class in Freedom, CA, which appears in a compilation album of Santa Cruz County children.
•In June I was commissioned by the Big Sur International Marathon to write the official song for a program called "Just Run".
• In June and July I performed at more than 40 libraries throughout Northern California.
• In the Fall I will be attending the Arts Midwest Booking Conference in Columbus, OH and will also be showcasing at the Hyatt Regency Columbus on Friday, September 6th at 9:30 pm with Paul Contos.
•In
October we will be performing in Dillon and Ronan, MT with the quartet
(Dayan, Steve, Armando and myself).
• In November I will be touring in Hawaii at 10 or more State libraries
•In December I will perform again in Monterey at First Night
